"As first-time parents, we were overwhelmed by the unknowns of pregnancy, childbirth, and all the preparations. Chanda's deep knowledge, gained from working in hospitals and educational background, meant she offered much more than typical doula support. She guided us through everything from choosing a hospital to feeling completely at ease about the birth experience, and even helped us pick our baby's name. We're incredibly grateful for Chanda's practical advice and comforting presence. She made this journey so much smoother."

"Going into my first pregnancy, I had so many questions and anxieties about what to expect with birth and all the necessary preparations. Chanda was truly invaluable. Her background in the medical world and hospitals shined through; she provided an incredible amount of practical knowledge and advice, helping us navigate everything from finding the right hospital to understanding the ins and outs of childbirth. Beyond her expertise, Chanda's calm and comforting presence made me feel so much more at ease. She even helped us choose our baby's name! We are so grateful for her comprehensive support and the positive impact she had on our experience."

“We are beyond grateful for Chanda. From the very beginning, she was present and supportive. The weeks leading up to the birth of our son were made so much easier because of her care and guidance. She took the time to come over, teach us labor positions, and prepare not only me but also Tre for what to expect. She explained birth options and aspects in a way we could understand, which made us feel more confident and prepared.

The day before I went into active labor, she came right away to help as much as she could before I was sent home. Less than 24 hours later, when we returned to the hospital in active labor, Chanda was there again, comforting me, helping Tre make me comfortable, and reassuring me when labor became extremely difficult.

Although my birth didn’t go exactly as I had planned, I will always be thankful that Chanda reminded me that choosing an epidural did not make me any less of a mom. At 8 cm dilated, we discovered that my baby would need to be delivered by emergency C-section. Chanda’s presence, reassurance, and knowledge helped us through what could have been a very frightening situation.

She supported not only me, but also held the hands of both my mom and mother-in-law, keeping them informed and calm during my emergency C-section. Thanks to her, what could have been a traumatic experience became one filled with love, support, and reassurance.
We will forever be grateful for the care, love, and strength Chanda brought into our birth space. The emotions in the room were high, but because of her, we felt nothing but love and support. We can’t thank her enough.”

“Love her to death! I first heard about her through a mutual friend, and she didn’t hesitate to offer her services. Although I wasn’t experiencing postpartum depression, I didn’t realize how much I actually needed to talk and process my experience. Having that safe space kept those feelings from possibly migrating into postpartum struggles later.

I definitely recommend her to anyone. She is so relatable, understanding, and never judgmental. With her, your feelings are always valid, and you are always at the forefront!"

“I truly appreciated having Chanda as part of my birth experience. She was committed, fully present, and brought so much care and positive energy to her role. While every birth is deeply personal and unique, I felt supported throughout the entire process. I wish her the very best as she continues to walk alongside other families on their journeys.”
