Lysha is a Certified Nurse Assistant with over 16 years of experience. She brings extensive hands-on knowledge in maternal care, newborn support, dementia care, spinal cord injuries, and caring for families through life's most vulnerable moments.
Lysha believes every family deserves to feel informed, respected, and supported throughout their journey into parenthood. Her calm presence, nurturing spirit, and evidence-informed approach help create a reassuring environment where parents can make empowered decisions and feel confident in their care.
In addition to her work as a doula, Lysha is a Certified Master Clinical Herbalist and current midwifery student, allowing her to blend traditional wellness practices with modern birth support while honoring each family's unique values and goals.

Devisha is a Registered Nurse with over 13 years of nursing experience. She brings a strong clinical foundation to every birth she attends. Her background includes case management, medical nursing, and mental health nursing, allowing her to provide compassionate, knowledgeable support to families navigating a variety of birth experiences.
As a birth doula for the past five years, she has supported families in both hospital and birth center settings, with a special interest in high-risk pregnancies. She believes in a holistic, family-centered approach that empowers parents through evidence-based education, compassionate advocacy, and personalized support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
Her goal is to help every family feel informed, confident, and cared for while creating a birth experience that honors their unique values and preferences.

With specialized expertise in high-risk pregnancy, fertility and IVF support, childbirth education, trauma-informed care, and maternal mental health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based support that empowers families to navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence.
Believing that birth work is sacred work, Dr. O combines clinical expertise with heartfelt advocacy to create a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive experience for every family she serves. Her passion for advancing maternal health and improving birth outcomes is reflected in both her leadership across Texas and her unwavering commitment to helping parents feel informed, supported, and empowered.
